viva hotel yenikapi - exceeded expectations during our wedding celebration. extremely friendly staff, accommodating, and helpful in organizing tours and transport. reasonable price for basic facilities.

The location of the hotel was convenient for transportation, with easy access to metro lines, ferries, and the Marmaray. It was also great that you could reach the airports by metro in just an hour. Additionally, there was a small grocery store across the street, making it convenient to grab any essentials you may need during your stay.

There were several negative aspects to my experience at this hotel. the communication with the staff was poor, as they did not respond to my messages and there was a lack of English spoken.

Our stay at Viva Hotel Yenikapi was fantastic! We were in Istanbul for six nights and found the location to be incredibly convenient for transportation. Just a 5-minute walk to Yenikapi transport hub, we had easy access to metro lines, the Marmaray, and ferries. Getting to the airports by metro was a breeze. The night-time receptionist was friendly, and we appreciated having a refrigerator in our room. Though we couldn't get the TV to work, the elevator and heating rack for towels were nice touches. A small grocery store across the street made it convenient to stock up, and there were plenty of shops, markets, and restaurants nearby. The staff, especially the houselady, were friendly and helpful, and the WiFi, breakfast.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
